We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts and Obligations
3.1 Account Registration
To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

- You understand that we act as an intermediary between candidates and employers
- You agree to respond truthfully to assessments and interviews
- You acknowledge that employers make final hiring decisions
- We are not responsible for the terms and conditions of employment offered by employers
5. Terms for Employers and Recruiters
If you are using our Service as an employer or recruiter:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of job postings and requirements
- You agree to provide truthful information about your organization and job opportunities
- You will comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- You understand that we verify candidates but do not guarantee their performance
- You agree to treat candidate information confidentially and use it solely for hiring purposes
- You will not discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
- Service fees and payment terms will be governed by separate agreements
6. Verified Job Opportunities
While we strive to verify all job postings on our platform:
- Verification does not guarantee job availability or suitability
- Job details may change after verification
- We are not responsible for the actions or decisions of employers
- Candidates should exercise due diligence before accepting any offer
- We reserve the right to remove or modify job postings at any time
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We comply with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules in India.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Profession Park or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:

- We do not guarantee job placement, interview opportunities, or hiring outcomes
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Profession Park, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Misrepresentation or false information
- Non-payment of fees (for employers/recruiters)
- Extended periods of inactivity
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features if available.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
